Ross Andrews
CEO, Guild Financial Advisory
Ross is an experienced and well connected investment banker who has provided corporate finance advisory services to companies for more than three decades. He has established long term relationships and held senior roles at a number of investment banks, including Zeus Capital where he was a main board director, most latterly as Head of PLC Advisory during the period that saw the company emerge as a challenger investment bank. Ross has worked with numerous public and private companies, helping them achieve their ambitions across a range of sectors and geographies, not just in the UK but also overseas. He is a Non-Executive Director of a number of public companies.

John Bridges
Consultant
Sixty years in the City have not dimmed his interest in helping fast-growing businesses. ‘Not a bit of it’, says Bridges. ‘Now, more than ever before, entrepreneurs whose Companies have above average growth prospects, need help through the maze, which is the City of London. I am proud to be part of a team, which has been brought together to provide that help with experienced advice in the field of flotations, acquisitions and fundraising’.
With experience ranging through Barclays Bank, Merrill Lynch and a number of boutiques at Partner and CEO level, also serving as a Committee Member of the Compliance Forum at CISI, John's City activities are regulated by the FCA and in Dublin by the Central Bank of Ireland. As Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Wey Education PLC, he is also available for other NED positions when a need is identified. John holds a senior management function within Guild.

John Wilson
Consultant
John has over a decade experience in investment banking. He has been an equity analyst who has worked in different sectors including internet, technology and e-commerce. His most recent role has been with Zeus Capital where he worked on several high profile initial public offerings, M&A transactions and secondary fundraises both in the UK and internationally. Over the years, he has built a strong network of institutional investors, HNW and family office connections. He has a very good understanding of the SME sector and public markets and continues to advise several private companies primarily on growth strategy and fundraising.

David Battle
Consultant
David offers a broad range of experience in UK and Global Financial Markets spanning some 30 years. Most recently recognisable as Managing Director, Markets for NEX Exchange, David was previously SVP for Singapore Exchange as their Chief Representative for Europe and North America. Prior to that he spent some time consulting at international clearing house LCH Clearnet in customer relations, where he was present during the 2008 crisis, and over 7 years at Deutsche Bank Global Markets where, as a Managing Director, positions included Global Head of Listed Derivatives Sales and Global Finance Sales.
David started his financial markets career selling futures, back and middle office Systems for Rolfe & Nolan Plc where he became Managing Director of Futures Systems Division and a board member of this UK listed Company.

Evangeline Klaassen
Consultant
Evangeline joined Guild’s Corporate Finance team in 2021. Prior to this, Evangeline worked at Jeffreys Henry LLP where she gained her Chartered Accountant qualification and worked as an auditor largely dealing with AIM quoted companies. Evangeline graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a first class honours in International Finance and Investment.

Brendan Langheim

Brendan started his career in 2004 at KPMG South Africa in audit within the Industrial and Automotive Business Unit where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2007. Since relocating to the United Kingdom in 2008, Brendan has held senior roles in Finance, Risk and Compliance within FTSE listed Energy and Financial Services companies including Centrica Plc, Close Brothers Plc and Barclays Plc. He specialises in Finance, Risk and Compliance Reporting and Analytics.
